After many years in the textile industry, Marshall founded Carithers Real Estate, Inc. in 1971. Started primarily as a residential sales firm, Carithers Real Estate grew to become a leading commercial sales and development company instrumental in fostering economic growth throughout Anderson County and the surrounding areas. Over the years, Carithers Real Estate served many large corporate clients including, CVS, Rite Aid, Eckerd Drugs, Lowes, Burger King, KFC, Summit Home Health Care, along with several medical offices, destination retail, and public institutions. 

Marshall now serves as the broker-in-charge for Integrity Property Management, LLC. His integrity and generosity drive his involvement in community organizations like the Anderson Sertoma Club, Foothills United Way, the Anderson Area Chamber of Commerce, and the AnMed Foundation Development Board. He and his family funded the start of the Anderson YMCA’s Youth Wellness Program for youngsters ages 8-13 and actively raised funds for AnMed Pediatric Therapy Works. His firm, Carithers Real Estate, has sponsored Meals on Wheels, the Salvation Army Boys and Girls Club, the Anderson Recreation Center’s Youth Baseball Team, and the Shalom House for battered women and substance abusers.

Michael eagerly invests himself in meeting the needs of his clients by listening carefully to their real estate investment goals then working hard to achieve them without taking shortcuts. He strives for clear communication and integrity in all that he does. 

From his days in lawn care and building through his time as an appraiser and residential real estate salesman, Michael gathered the experience necessary to excel in commercial property investment and management. He enjoys working in the real estate industry and loves putting together opportunities for investors and tenants. 

Over the years, Michael served many clients, including CVS, Eckerd Drugs, Burger King, Pizza Hut, KFC, and McDonald’s. He played a crucial role in convincing the National Guard to build one of their two bases in Anderson, SC. 

Michael would love to use his passion for commercial real estate and commitment to integrity to serve your real estate investment needs.

Elizabeth Myers

Property Manager

As her top priority, Elizabeth, an Anderson, South Carolina native, aims to establish good relationships with property owners and tenants through clear communication and effective service. 

After completing her degree in Business Management and gaining experience in the financial industry, she joined Integrity Property Management as the Residential Division Manager. And as a licensed sales agent with Carithers Real Estate, she can also help find your next rental or investment property. 

Outside of the office, Elizabeth enjoys fitness, reading, drinking coffee, and hiking with her Australian Shepherd, Rhett.

Michael Hatchett

Broker/Owner

Michael desires to leverage his education and experience to serve your property investment needs. With a master’s degree in public administration from Georgia Southern University and nearly 15 years as an urban development manager for the City of Tampa, Florida, Michael has a lot to offer. 

In addition to owning Integrity Property Management, Michael is a licensed broker with Carithers Real Estate. And with several certifications from the National Association of Realtors, he can provide expert help with pricing, resorts, second homes, short sales, and foreclosures. 

Michael, a Georgia native, and resident of Belton, SC, enjoys fishing, backpacking, photography, and target shooting in the great outdoors. He attends Capstone Church and volunteers with Habitat for Humanity, Clemson Little Theater, and Emmanuel’s Hammer. He and his wife, Caroline, have three daughters.
